About the Role
We are seeking a Summer Intern to support our data management projects, helping maintain accurate records and improve backend systems. This role is ideal for a student who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools like Excel and Copilot, and is keen to learn other CRM applications.
Extensive experience is not required but you should be confident handling data, able to work independently, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity to build practical experience in data management, CRM systems, and backend operations within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
Data management and cleansing – supporting the upgrade of the data that we store
Data consolidation and completeness – ensuring the completeness of our data records
Database restructuring – launching projects to improve the way that data is managed and used to inform long term decision making
Data visualisation – meeting briefs to ensure that data is presented and useful for all levels of stakeholders
Documentation – ensuring that the knowledge of how data is managed is shared
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases (Excel proficiency required)
Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
Interest in the charity/nonprofit sector
Experience with data analysis or reporting
